We endeavour, stock permitting to despatch goods within 24 hours from receipt of your order for UK, 48 hours for Europe and three to four days for International deliveries.

All carriage charge will be free over £250 and £7.50 otherwise. This applies to UK and International. All prices include VAT

Refund

If you wish to return your item for any reason you have 7 days after the date of delivery to do so. We will make a full refund as long as the items are returned unworn and in saleable condition.

Certain items are excluded from our full refund policy. Custom designed jewellery, special orders and earrings are regrettably non returnable.

How to return an item

Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel.

If the return items are posted, Lime Blue cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and not returned. We would advise that any returns are made with a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery.

It is a good idea to re-value your jewellery every three years. We offer a valuation service at Lime Blue and provide a free valuation with every purchase over £1000.

Our highly trained staff will check the security of the settings and give your jewellery a thorough cleaning.
